Website Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use ignites.au. Last updated 5 November 2026.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Ignite Solutions (ABN 43 615 317 274), referred to here as "Ignite", "we", "us" or "our".
These terms apply to your use of ignites.au. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These terms cover the website only. When we provide managed IT or consulting services to you, those services are governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement applies if it differs from these terms.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services and getting in touch with us. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or the systems of our clients;
- upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or anything else that could harm the website or its users;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or personal information from the website using automated tools; or
- submit false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else, through our forms or booking tools.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.
3. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about Ignite and our services. It isn't tailored advice for your business, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances. Talk to us before making decisions based on it.
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that every part of it is complete or up to date at all times. Service descriptions on the website don't form an offer. The scope, price and terms of any work are set out in a quote or agreement.
4. Enquiries and bookings
When you send us a message or book a call, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business, email address and phone number, so we can respond to you. We handle that information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
We treat the details of your business, systems and enquiry as confidential, consistent with our Service Charter. We won't publish your enquiry or share it with our other clients.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call doesn't create an obligation for either of us to enter into an agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, and the Ignite Solutions name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Ignite. You may view, print or share pages for your own information or to refer others to us. Otherwise, you must not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any part of the website without our written permission.
Product names and logos of other companies mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.
6. Other websites and services
This website links to services operated by third parties or under separate terms, including our client portal, our client store and our social media pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases made through the client store are governed by the store's terms of service.
We don't control third-party websites and aren't responsible for their content or availability. A link doesn't mean we endorse the other website.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7:
- we provide this website on an "as available" basis and don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components;
- we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any linked website, or from your reliance on its general information; and
- where our liability under the Australian Consumer Law can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. The version on this page when you use the website is the version that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
